Each night Scheherazade told the King stories so fabulous that, for one thousand nights his attention was held captive - thus preserving her life. Perhaps she told him tales of artisans in his lands in Persia who weave magic carpets, embroider enchanted gardens, and block print fantastical ornaments on fine fabrics. Her fables seduced the King and, after one thousand and one nights, the King realized he was in love with Scheherazade who, is the source of inspiration for our new CABANA X D'ASCOLI capsule collection for 2022.
